74th Annual Musky Festival Grand Marshal Nomination Form

The Hayward Area Chamber of Commerce provides an opportunity to recognize individuals that have made a significant contribution to community spirit, service and quality of life, and have demonstrated outstanding leadership, innovation and success as a role model.

Nominated individuals must have volunteered in the Hayward area. Through their volunteerism, they have shown pride in the Hayward area and made a significant contribution to it through creating effective positive partnerships with members of the public, other community organizations, business and/or local government. Showing no concern for personal financial gain, nominees have demonstrated support for the efforts of their fellow volunteers and the spirit of volunteerism in general.

The Hayward Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for this year’s Musky Festival Parade Grand Marshal(s) on Sunday, June 23, 2024. Please complete the nomination to the best of your ability. The Hayward Area Chamber of Commerce Staff & Board reserve the right to remove nominations deemed as incomplete.

Complete Nominations are due by May 17, 2024 at 5 pm.
